BJDC FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

What is covered in the registration fee?

Registration covers all events over the 3-day convention (including group meal events, activities and early access to the salesroom) with the exception of workshops that may require a small materials fee.

What is the difference between Attendee and Non-Attendee Registration?

Non-Attendee registration is for those collectors who are unable to attend the physical show but would like to order a convention doll.

How many convention dolls can I order?

Paid registrants can order a limit of 1 of each convention doll.

Do I have to register three times as a non-attendee to order each doll?

No, you only need to pay for one registration, but you will have to pay the deposit and shipping for each doll you order.

How long is the convention doll pre-order open?

Pre-orders will be open until each doll sells out.

What is your refund policy?

In the event BJDC is cancelled due to the pandemic, paid registrants will receive a full refund of their registration or have the option of moving their registration to 2025.

If an attendee wishes to cancel, the following cancellation fees are in effect:

Cancellation before January 1: 75% of registration will be refunded
Cancellation before February 1: 50% of registration will be refunded

Cancellation before April 1: 25% of registration will be refunded
Cancellation after April 1: No refunds will be issued

Convention doll deposits are non-refundable.
