- 7:30 - 9:30 pm Opening Dinner/Awarding ribbons ceremony

Friday August 3, 2012

- 6:30a.m. -10:00 a.m. Sales Floor Set up
- 8:30 - 9:30 late registration
- 10:00 - 2:00 Workshops and demos
- 10:00 - 3:00 Sales floor - Available to convention attendees ONLY
- 4:30 - 6:30 pm Exhibit set up
- 6:30- 7:30 pm Exhibit viewing and voting for Best Presentation
- 7:30 - 9:30 pm Dinner/ “Best Presentation” awarded for best Display in Exhibition

Saturday August 4, 2012

- 8:30 Vendors only allowed onto sales floor
- 10:00 - 2:00 Workshops/ Demos /Panels
- 10:00 - 3:00 pm Sales floor open to Public
- 3:00 - 6:30 pm Sales floor breakdown / banquet set up
- 6:30 meeting with Table hostesses and club members in Banquet Hall
- 7:00- 9:00 Final Banquet, People's Choice and Best in Show Awarded
